Born and raised in Johnstown NY, my family had a summer home on East Stoner Lake and then Lily Lake in Bleecker. I love to ski. My Dad a former 10th Mt member in WW2, helped build Royal Mt in Caroga Lake he started the first Ski Patrol. I taught skiing for 30+ years! I love living and working in the Adirondacks and sharing my love for the area. It’s a treasure hunt matching people with property! Being a local I have lots of knowledge of the area. I was also a BTI (black fly treatment) tech for several years and have walked hundreds if not thousands of acres in the area! I pride myself on due diligence to make transactions go smoothly. With decades of real estate experience starting with being licensed in Palm Beach Florida in the 1980’s, my experience is welcomed by buyers and sellers. After moving back to NY in 1990, I was assistant to the owners of Lapland Lake Nordic Ski Center until returning to Real Estate in 2000. After a few years under another broker, I opened ADK Realty in 2006. I have been #1-woman agent in total MLS volume for many years and top selling agency in Caroga Lake. I Love Real Estate and helping people buy and sell. I have a quiver of knowledge I’m happy to share. I was an Appraiser assistant for several years and utilized that knowledge listing and selling property. I understand the Adirondack Park Agency and local rules and regulations and work well with various code officers.
